Erasmus: Research in Management


The aim of this course is to improve merit and methodological competencies & skills in scientific research in management.

The scope of the course:

  • Team building activities
  • Specificity and importance of science, especially management sciences
  • The process of scientific cognition and organization of the research process
  • Formulation of research hypotheses and research models
  • Principles of using selected methods, techniques and research tools in the research practice of management sciences
  • Project 1: presentation of an example of scientific research in management on the basis of literature
  • Project 2: develop and use the tool to solve selected research problem in management
